Katie Kennedy, DPT

Katie is an experienced PT that relocated to Colorado from Saratoga Springs, NY. She graduated from Ithaca College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Sciences with minors in nutrition promotion and coaching. In 2016 she graduated from Ithaca College with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her education had a strong emphasis in evidenced-based approach while providing high quality patient centered care. Katie is a strong patient advocate and strives to best serve every patient from a holistic approach to truly identify the root cause. She will leave no stones unturned when working with you to determine the best plan of action to help you move to the best of your ability!

Katie has advanced training with the Maitland-Australian approach which emphasizes patient-centered care through evidence based manual therapy and exercise interventions. Katie is certified in functional dry needling level 1 from KinetaCore. She is also a certified 200 hour yoga instructor with training in therapeutic restorative yoga. She believes the mind-body connection is very powerful to consider to properly heal the body. She is advancing her professional career with dry needling and an orthopedics specialization.

In her spare time Katie enjoys recharging with her plants and adventuring outside with her boyfriend and goldendoodle puppy.
