Carol Passarelli, PT, DPT

An evidenced-based and manual therapy-oriented physical therapist, Carol received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California (fight on!) and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University. She couldn’t leave Colorado’s trails after graduating and currently lives in South Boulder with her partner, Andrew.

As a collegiate triathlete, soccer player, and experienced lifter, she specializes in movement analysis for runners and overhead athletes. Carol excels in treating pediatric sports and congenital conditions, low back pain, whiplash, chronic pain, shoulder disorders, and knee and foot dysfunction. She has completed training in advanced joint mobilizations, myofascial release techniques including cupping and taping, chronic pain, and high level motor coordination therapeutic exercise. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2015 and is a Section Member in the Sports, Orthopedics, Research, and Pediatrics groups.

In her spare time, Carol enjoys backpacking her way around Colorado, trail runs, and writing. She views physical therapy as the cornerstone to bettering our understanding of our own bodies and optimizing our quality of life.
