Liz loves to work with patients and athletes of all ages, and works hard to keep therapy interesting and relevant to patient goals. Her goal is to give her patients the tools they need to learn to take care of their own bodies and get back to doing the things they love. She enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions with an emphasis on motor control. Specifically, she is passionate about using her knowledge of swimming to improve technique, maximize speed, and reduce injuries in swimmers and triathletes of all backgrounds, integrating swim lessons and coaching with her Physical Therapy background. She also
works with local swim clubs to educate coaches and swimmers, and help prevent swimming injuries.
In her spare time, Liz teaches swim lessons, and enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, camping, snowmobiling and backpacking with her husband Nick in the beautiful Colorado Rockies. Oh, and the name is pronounced “Ah-MOOCH-ah-STEH-gee”!
