5/4/2020 COVID-19 Update: Facial Covering Required

Boulder County Public Health:
Facial Covering Order

May 9th through May 26th, facial coverings MUST be worn in public anywhere in Boulder County where social distancing of 6 feet cannot be maintained.

We ask that you please wear your face covering inside the clinic. If you need a mask we will provide you one.

Individual exemptions per the Boulder County Public Health Order are: children under 12 years of age or any individual who’s health would be inhibited by wearing a face covering.

Please help us comply with CDC, Colorado and Boulder County orders and keep each other safe during this difficult time. We will continue to implement all other COVID-19 precautions currently in place:

  • Maintain physical distancing at all times
  • Reduced scheduling to minimize number of people in the clinic.
  • Remote check-in
  • Strict and extremely thorough disinfecting schedule
  • Heightened hand hygiene
  • Active Employee Screening
  • Active Patient Screening
  • Telehealth Visits whenever appropriate
  • Delaying non-urgent visits (use Telehealth instead)

Thank you for your understanding. Let’s get through this together!
